Everything, except what was said before, we liked everything. treatment at the reception, rooms, swimming pool, friendliness of the reception staff and cleaning ladies, hotel, rooms, location
The deal from the breakfast buffet waiter, we go down at 10:30 hours to have breakfast, he asked himself in reception if we could go to the buffet for breakfast, answering these affirmatively, once inside, after 5 minutes, the waiter appeared shouting and with bad manners saying that it was closed, that we could not have breakfast anymore, that at what time it was going to finish, to which he was answered that in reception they had told us that we could go in, In the face of this, he responded loudly and in a bad way that the reception was no one to say if we could have breakfast or not, leaving for the reception, returning soon after saying that we could have breakfast. In the face of this unpleasant incident, we had a quick and bad breakfast, paying and leaving afterwards.

The hotel is really clean with well-laid-out and high-standard rooms. the comfortable bed and pillows provided a good night's sleep. - the peaceful location next to the bar/restaurant made for an enjoyable evening. - Its proximity to the ferry at Santander and lovely parks makes it a good choice.

Overall, quality price is not bad and I loved the size of the tub! The mattresses are very comfortable but for my taste the pillows were too low and others too high, but that's personal taste so I wouldn't put it as a negative, at least there is variety. Also, the windows are big so the room was very bright.
As soon as we arrived we met a very rude receptionist and that already leaves a bad taste in our mouths. We can all have a bad day but we have to be professional and not pay for it with the client. Besides, I consider that hygiene is very important in a hotel and bathroom would need a more thorough review... not so superficial between client and client (I understand that there is no time but... In the corners and in all the little corners in general there was dirt. I was glad to see that there was a supermarket right next door and I went to get some bleach. I'm not a demanding person but the basics...

A delightful, affordable hotel situated south of Madrid. We have stayed here twice now on the way back from the UK. Having caught the ferry from Portsmouth to Santander, it's an ideal stopover on our journey back to Almeria.
On this occasion we arrived at the hotel on a Saturday and found that the restuarant does not open until 9.00 pm. Which is very late if you're staying one night and travelling some distance the next day.

The hotel was in a great location, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the parking facilities offered convenience and peace of mind with vehicles.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the lack of coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing, as this is often a standard amenity in hotels.
